AICSC Annual General Meeting 2017

Our 2017 Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 2nd  September in Jim Doyles Bar, Strand Road, Bray Co. Wicklow at 2.30pm and will be hosted by Lisbon Lions CSC Bray.

Any clubs unable to attend are asked to forward their apologies to AICSC Secretary Neville Carolan. Proxy votes are admissible for committee elections, but only if they are strictly in accordance with the rules set down in Article 12(h) of the constitution (see www.aicsc.com).

Refreshments will be served immediately after the meeting, and later that evening entertainment will also be provided by “Colin O’Brien” in Jim Doyles at 9:00pm.

For those wishing to make a weekend of it in Bray, the club have secured the following discounted rates at the Wilton Hotel, Single Room B&B €120, Twin / Double Room B&B €130. Rooms can be booked by contacting the hotel directly on +353 (0) 1 2760258 and quoting AICSC. A limited number of rooms will be reserved in the hotel up until one week before the meeting, at which stage any unreserved rooms will be sold on.
