The Association in conjunction with other supporters bodies have been liaising with Celtic over the past few seasons regarding the state of the Coach Park.

We are pleased to annouce the following new Coach Park arrangements.

Celtic Football Club is delighted today to announce that it has opened 2 new supporters coach areas at Celtic Park.

Due to ongoing works in relation to the new M74 Road development and east end regeneration route, changes had to be made to the existing coach park.  With this has come new opportunity and Celtic is delighted to have developed 2 new improved coach parks.

Celtic Chief Executive Peter Lawwell commented:

"We are delighted to open these new coach areas.  We have been in close consulation with Glasgow City Council and Strathclyde Police to ensure that any changes to the Celtic footprint take full consideration of the needs of the Club and its supporters."

"The new arrangement offers real improvement in terms of access to and egress from the stadium by splitting the volume of coach traffic to two sites. We have also ensured close liaison with supporters groups and are pleased that the work has received very positive feedback".

The Club would like to set out their arrangements for supporter coach travel to Celtic Park.

Two areas are available at Celtic Park, both in close proximity to the Stadium. The upper coach park, is accessed via Holywell St. This area is primarily for supporters travelling from the west of the stadium, such as Ireland, Ayrshire, Inverclyde, Dumbarton etc.

The second parking area (DavaarCoach Park) area is available for supporters travelling from south of the border, Lanarkshire, Stirling, Dundee etc. ensuring easy access to and from the M74, one of the main stadium access routes.

Booking procedure

To ensure that the safety operation at our park runs smoothly for both spectators and the community in general, we have introduced a booking procedure for our supporters travelling by coach to Celtic Park.

Step 1 Your Club must register with Celtic Football Club if they intend to travel to Celtic Park by coach. The simple registration form asks for coach travel information e.g. departure time, number of passengers, on coach contact etc.

Step 2 When the registration form is received at the Club we will send you a coach identification card along with directions on how to get to Celtic Park.

Step 3 Coaches must display their identification card in the front windscreen when approaching their allocated coach park.

The intention is that once allocated an area, dependent on availability, each coach would be there for the duration of the season.

If you require any further information on coach parking do not hesitate to contact us on 0141 551 4361 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

For supporters comfort and safety, both areas will bestewarded and policed and all buses/supporters are asked to follow the advice and instruction given.

Clearly this is a new system being introduced and the cooperation of supporters is  greatly appreciated in this matter
