A.I.C.S.C ANNUAL CHARITY DINNER 2006

This years Annual Charity dinner was another outstanding success with over 1000 supporters packing the City West Hotel in Dublin.

The Association was honoured to have Agnes Johnstone present at the dinner along with invited quests Celtic Chairman Brian Quinn,Lisbon Lion Jim Craig ,Celtic legends Frank Mc Garvey and George McCluskey. The association was pleased to welcome five of the Celtic FC first team members Shaun Maloney ,Steven McManus John Kennedy ,Aiden McGeady and quest of honour was Celtic Captain Neil Lennon.

MC for the evening was Celtics Tony Hamilton who we thank for his continuing commitment to the event over the years much appreciated ,we also thank our colleagues from the CSA Jim Divers and Jim Forrest for their attendance .Our many sponsors who without their help the event couldn’t take place and all those supporters clubs who took out the charity adverts

Billy McNeill / Tommy Gemmill

Tuesday 14th November at 4PM

On Tuesday November 14th former Celtic Captain Billy McNeill and Tommy Gemmill will be signing copies of “Celtic The Irish Connection” DVD in HMV Grafton Street at 4pm

Billy McNeill was the Captain of the Celtic team known as the Lisbon Lions (the first British team to win the European Cup in 1967) he also managed Celtic in the early eighties.

Tommy Gemmill played with the Lisbon Lions and scored in the 1967 European Cup Semi final.
