AICSC TICKET FUND GUIDELINES
Season 2007-2008
Clubs please note that as a result of new rules introduced by Celtic F.C. & Ticket Services, applications for away matches from this season onwards must contain the names of the individuals attending the game. In relation to this please note the AICSC Ticket Officers have to forward a full list to ticket services before tickets are distributed and once submitted the AICSC will not be responsible for any amendments etc to the list or resulting actions taken by Celtic FC & Ticket Services.
TICKET GUIDELINES
To avail of the AICSC Ticket Facility clubs must fulfil the following general criteria:
1. Be fully paid up members of the AICSC as of the membership deadline set by the AICSC Committee.
2. Be members of the AICSC Ticket Fund (Note: Membership form must be completed in full i.e. season book details and member numbers for all registered season books)
3. In the event that a member club has outstanding debts to the AICSC, the Ticket Officer retains the right to decline any order for tickets until the debt is cleared with the AICSC Treasurer.
NOTE:
* Orders will only be accepted from Clubs that have filled in the new Ticket Fund Registration Form (introduced beginning of season 2005-06).
* Orders to be received via AICSC Ticket Order Form ONLY, provisional orders accepted; however until form received with payment etc tickets will not be CONFIRMED.
* Confirmation of receipt of order and of ticket allocation will be via email/phone call to nominated club contact.
* The Ticket Officers will only correspond with the respective nominated club contact.
* Clubs please note that the Ticket Order Form will be on the AICSC Website for download.
In the event of high demand or reduced allocation for either a home or away fixture the following criteria will be used to determine individual club allocations.
1. Allocations of match tickets will be based firstly on the individual clubs uptake for that particular season.
2. In the event of high demand for an away fixture, preference will be given to clubs who have attended previous officially organised AICSC trips.
3. If two or more clubs have attended the same amount of games and also fulfil all the above criteria then it is proposed the following points system will be implemented with a means to justifying a clubs allocation.
Points will be awarded for all AICSC activities in the following manner. The AICSC Committee will be responsible for proposing the value of points at the start of the season at the AICSC AGM:
The following activities within the AICSC will result in clubs being rewarded according to their efforts/support:
* Attendance at full delegates meetings – 30Pts
* Support of VF32 (Min 50% of Membership) - 15Pts
* Support of Calendar (Min 50% of Membership) – 15Pts
* VF32 Contribution i.e. Article – 10Pts
* Support of Charity Dinner Fund/Advert – 15Pts
* Attendance at Annual Charity Dinner (Min 25% of Membership) – 15Pts
